With a lot of flooring purchases, whoever sells you the floor isn't who installs it, and finding a good crew may be on you. We do both, which keeps scheduling in one place and puts responsibility on us, with no finger-pointing between a seller and an installer who never met. Doing the whole job ourselves also keeps the extra markups out, so our pricing stays competitive with anyone.

Our appointment-only showroom in Lenexa is private, so when a visit makes sense, you get one-on-one time with the samples, and you're welcome to take them home to live with before you decide. No sales floor, no one working on commission.

Stairs, landings, and the transitions between rooms are where a floor either flows or looks pieced together, so we plan for everything we can before the work starts. If something turns up, the decision gets made on-site, with no calling a home office for approval, and the reviews are full of jobs that went exactly that way.
